Find a suitable size tupperware container with matching lid. Make sure the container is of
appropriate size so that the part(s) or model body is fully submerged in Blue Magic.
IN SOME CASES YOU MAY HAVE TO STRIP THE TOP AND THEN FLIP IT AROUND TO STRIP THE BOTTOM.
Some models have been painted in a hot lacquer with no primer, in which case the paint is usually burned into the plastic and simply will not totally strip. Blue Magic will usually take it down to the stain and this should not require sanding. This stripper is safe on clear plastic, will also remove old decals and strip plated parts. The less time you let it soak the better. Be sure to test it on resin models. Once the model is ready to be taken out of the container, hold it under a faucet, (warm water is best) and just lightly brush all the paint off with a soft toothbrush. It will clean, shine, and be ready to paint. After your finished simply leave the product right in the container making sure the lid is tightly sealed. This is a non-toxic biodegradable product but I always suggest wearing rubber gloves due to the stripped paint.
